Doug Levinson

Principal

Doug Levinson is a foreign policy expert who specializes in the intersection of business, politics, and international affairs, with a track record of executing high-impact projects, building influential relationships, and providing strategic counsel. He has served in senior roles at the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Senate, where he advised on global economic policy, supply chain security, and U.S. economic statecraft. He spent five years on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, shaping policy on East Asia and strategic competition with China. Doug holds a Master’s degree in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University.

Sarah (Levinson) Moriarty

Principal

Sarah (Levinson) Moriarty is a strategic thinker who gets things done. With a unique skillset and perspective spanning the corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors, she has a proven track record of success across all three. She has held senior leadership roles at major investment banks and served as a change management thought leader at a major pharmaceutical company, bringing a strategic and innovative approach to complex challenges. She is well respected for her outside-of-the-box perspective in the think tank community, and brings deep expertise in advocacy, research, skill-building, and stakeholder engagement, consistently delivering impact. Sarah holds an MBA from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.

Dan Levinson

Principal

Dan Levinson specializes in global political economy issues, including economic intelligence and policy. He has a track record of delivering high-level briefings, managing complex projects, and providing analysis for senior government officials. He spent over a decade managing teams for a government contractor, where he led the production of daily briefings for senior U.S. Treasury Department officials. He has also worked on political campaigns in Florida and performed due diligence in New York and Louisiana, developing expertise in economic policy and strategic communications. Dan holds an MBA and Masters degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy & Government from The College of William & Mary.

David Levinson

Principal

David is an experienced leader with a strong background in developing strategies for startup and mission-driven organizations. He specializes in talent systems and program development. In addition to his leadership expertise, David is committed to advancing human rights and has served on the board of the James W. Foley Legacy Foundation, where he works on policy initiatives related to wrongful detentions and international diplomacy. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University and holds a Master’s degree in Education from Hunter College.
